Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front-line working to contain this pandemic. Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy stay at our Hotel.

In this scenario, we know travel may not be your first thought, but I want you to know that the safety of our guests and associates is our top priority. We want to thank you in advance for putting your trust in Deepti Courtyard as you plan for future travels. Below is an update on what we are doing, keeping your safety as our utmost priority.

The renewed and heightened safety protocols have been developed in accordance with the norms laid down by the World Health Organization (WHO), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the Government of India. Here are a few of them:

  • Temperature Screening: All our guests go through a thermal temperature screening before entering the property.
  • Physical distancing: You will find floor markers and signages at various locations to ensure physical distancing
  • It is mandatory for all guests to submit health declaration at the time of check-in
  • Mobile Check-in: In an endeavor to provide our guests a contactless and hassle-free experience, we have introduced a ‘Mobile Check-in’ option for our guests as an added safety measure.
  • Contactless modes of payments are being encouraged as far as possible.
  • Sanitization: All touch points are thoroughly sanitized at regular intervals with hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • Sanitizers have been placed at all major access points.
  • Elevators are regularly sanitized, and buttons are sealed with a plastic coating which is replaced frequently.
  • Rooms: Before check-in and after check-out, your room is thoroughly sanitized using disinfectant foggers and all touch points are religiously sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant.
  • Linens: Linens are being additionally sanitized with fabric sanitizer.
  • During your stay, you will have an option to opt out of daily room cleaning and changing of bed linen.
  • Suites & rooms are rested for 48 hours before reoccupation
  • We have ample open areas in-house with our large courtyard, picturesque rooftop to maintain safe physical distancing among our guests.
  • Restaurant: Regular sanitization protocols are in place and layouts for seating have been altered to enable physical distancing in our multi-cuisine restaurant, Bayleaf.
  • Digital Menu: We are soon coming up with an interactive digital menu that can be viewed by our guests on their respective phones to order food online.
  • Kitchen: We have implemented the highest standards of hygiene and sanitization procedures in our kitchen to ensure clean and safe food preparation.
  • Staff hygiene: All our staff go through temperature screening before entering and are being extensively trained on safety & hygiene protocols.
